Please read the following terms carefully, as they apply to all classes, workshops, events, and any other services provided by DanceFlowHaven.

Class and Workshop Refunds

• All class and workshop bookings are final and non-refundable.

• Once you have booked and paid for a class or workshop, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

• In the event that you are unable to attend a class or workshop, no refunds or credits will be issued.

• No exceptions will be made for cancellations or no-shows.

Event Refunds

• All event ticket sales, including but not limited to social dance nights, special workshops, and one-time events, are final and non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend an event, you will not be entitled to a refund, credit, or compensation.

• No exceptions will be made for cancellations or no-shows.

Credits and Transfers

• We do not offer credits for any missed classes, workshops, or events.

• Transfers between classes or events will not be permitted.

• Once a booking is made, it is binding, and you are responsible for attending the service booked.

Refund Process

• Since our policy is strictly no refunds, we do not process refund requests for any bookings.

• If you believe there has been an error in your payment or booking, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will review the issue. However, no refunds will be issued once the service has been booked.

Exceptions

• Refunds will only be issued if required by law or in the rare event that we cancel a class, workshop, or event. In such cases, refunds will be provided for the affected class, workshop, or event only.

Changes to the Policy

• We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time, and all changes will be reflected on this page immediately.

• Any updates or changes to the policy will apply to future bookings and will not alter the terms of any existing bookings.
